so i've forgotten the password i used for my nano blog hence the reason nothing else has been posted there.
am mostly spending my time sleeping at the moment as i gave up coffee three days ago due to heart palpitations. the palps have gone but i now can't keep my eyes open and drop into bed as soon as i get home. not good for marathon training or novel writing!
still. looks like skiing is going to happen feb time so am feeling dashed chipper about the whole escapade. bring on the 16k black Sarenne run!!

horray for Skiing! I'm thinking of going to Milton Keynes for a practice in a couple of weekends time - I'll see if I can get the Borrower and the silent one to come and let you know as well.

Sympathies on giving up coffee. I've been trying to cut down... With little effect I'm afraid.
The Coffee thing gets better. Honest. On Doctor's orders I recently cut down from ten plus a day to a strictly rationed three a day. Took a few weeks to wake up properly but I feel a LOT better for it.
Try DeCaf... I know, I know, what's the point? The point is, it keeps your coffee drinking part of the brain occupied for a few minutes, just long enough to get over those "I need a fucking Coffee and I need it NOW!" moments.
i haven't had caffeine for a couple of years now. ok i do have the odd one and boy! what an effect!! keep at it - it's well worth it.
