Easter weekend

I've been invited to Cornwall for the weekend! So tonight I am hot-footing it to Falmouth.

"This might cost you..."

...he says, when I call him after numerous unanswered texts.

"I'm in another country."

After screaming whhhhaaaa?? Where????? at him, I think;

'Yesss! At last!'

"Amsterdam"
"Are you being good?"
"Yes, although we have just lost someone..."
"Not in a canal I hope?"

Phone cuts out.

The years I've been trying to get that boy to leave the country!
