I got out of the room! It took about an hour. Hardest part was finding the safe. I thought there might be some chocolate outside the door but there was nothing.
I don't think you need to be intelligent, just good at mind numbing repetitive clicking. We got bored with the clicking and cheated! much more fun and only wasted 10 mins.
